You agree to use SponsorLink only for lawful employment-related purposes. You must not post false information, impersonate others, spam users, or attempt to circumvent platform security.
You are solely responsible for all content you post, including job listings, profile information, and messages. SponsorLink reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
SponsorLink serves job seekers from a wide range of backgrounds — Saudi nationals, individuals born in Saudi Arabia, residents currently inside the Kingdom, and individuals outside the Kingdom seeking to relocate for work — all within the same target sectors (restaurants, cafés, salons, flower shops, spas, hospitality, and delivery drivers). Sponsorship transfer is a feature available on the platform for the specific group of users to whom it applies; it is not the primary or sole purpose of SponsorLink. SponsorLink is solely a connection and information platform between job seekers and employers. It does not mediate or participate in any way in sponsorship transfer procedures or in the actual hiring process itself. Any employment agreement or sponsorship transfer is entered into independently and directly between the relevant parties, outside the scope of the platform, and is governed by applicable Saudi regulations. SponsorLink bears no legal or other responsibility for the terms, execution, or outcome of any such agreement.
Employers can purchase Tokens to unlock and view job seekers' resumes and professional information within SponsorLink. Tokens are the sole purchase method on the platform; there is no subscription or recurring plan. A Token does not expire while it remains unused in the employer's balance. The way purchases are processed differs depending on the operating system and platform through which the app is distributed. Purchases on iOS devices are made through Apple's In-App Purchase system, while purchases on Android devices distributed via Google Play are made through the Google Play Billing system. Purchases are subject to the terms and policies in effect on the relevant platform. All Token purchases are final and non-refundable or non-exchangeable once payment is completed.
SponsorLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for employment outcomes, hiring decisions, or any losses arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن جميع المحتوى الذي تنشره، بما في ذلك إعلانات الوظائف ومعلومات الملف الشخصي والرسائل. يحتفظ SponsorLink بحق إزالة المحتوى الذي ينتهك هذه الشروط.
تخدم SponsorLink باحثين عن عمل من فئات متنوعة — المواطنين السعوديين، مواليد السعودية، المقيمين حاليًا داخل المملكة، وكذلك الأشخاص خارج المملكة الراغبين بالانتقال للعمل فيها — ضمن نفس القطاعات المستهدفة (المطاعم، الكوفيات، الصالونات، محلات الورود، السبا، الفندقة، وسائقي توصيل الطلبات). نقل الكفالة ميزة متاحة بالمنصة تخص الفئة المحددة من المستخدمين الذين تنطبق عليهم هذه الحالة، وليست الغرض الأساسي أو الوحيد لـSponsorLink. SponsorLink منصة ربط وعرض معلومات فقط بين الباحثين عن عمل وأصحاب الأعمال. لا تتوسط المنصة ولا تشارك بأي شكل من الأشكال في إجراءات نقل الكفالة أو في عملية التوظيف الفعلية نفسها. أي اتفاق توظيف أو نقل كفالة يتم بشكل مستقل ومباشر بين الأطراف المعنية، خارج نطاق المنصة، ويخضع للأنظمة السعودية ذات العلاقة. لا يتحمل SponsorLink أي مسؤولية قانونية أو غيرها عن شروط ذلك الاتفاق أو تنفيذه أو نتائجه.
يمكن لأصحاب العمل شراء Tokens لفتح وعرض السير الذاتية والبيانات المهنية للباحثين عن عمل داخل SponsorLink. التوكنز هي طريقة الشراء الوحيدة بالمنصة؛ لا يوجد أي اشتراك أو باقة متجددة. لا تنتهي صلاحية التوكن طالما بقي غير مستخدم برصيد صاحب العمل. تختلف طريقة معالجة عمليات الشراء بحسب نظام التشغيل والمنصة التي يتم من خلالها توزيع التطبيق. تتم عمليات الشراء على أجهزة iOS وفق نظام الشراء داخل التطبيق (In-App Purchase) التابع لـ Apple، بينما تتم عمليات الشراء على أجهزة Android الموزعة عبر Google Play وفق نظام Google Play Billing. وتخضع عمليات الشراء للشروط والسياسات المعمول بها لدى المنصة المعنية. جميع مشتريات التوكنز نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد أو الاستبدال بعد إتمام الدفع.
يُقدَّم SponsorLink "كما هو" دون ضمانات من أي نوع. لسنا مسؤولين عن نتائج التوظيف أو قرارات التعيين أو أي خسائر تنشأ عن استخدام المنصة.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد التغييرات يشكّل قبولاً للشروط المحدّثة.
