SponsorLink is a connection and information platform only, linking job seekers with employers. We do not act as an employment agency, do not mediate the actual hiring process, and do not participate in sponsorship transfer procedures. Any employment agreement, sponsorship transfer, or other arrangement made between a job seeker and an employer is entered into directly between those two parties, outside the platform — SponsorLink bears no responsibility for its terms, execution, or outcome.
We collect the information you provide directly when creating and completing your profile, including: your name, profile photo, contact number, location/city, and employment-related details (profession, experience level, skills, and — for employers — company information). We collect this information to operate the connection service between job seekers and employers and to improve the quality of matching between them. We also collect usage data to improve our services.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, connect job seekers with employers, send important notifications, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — specifically in the Central Europe region (Frankfurt), through our database service provider, Supabase. By using and registering on SponsorLink, you explicitly consent to this transfer and processing of your data outside the Kingdom. Our service provider applies internationally recognized data protection standards to safeguard your information.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) at the database level to ensure users can only access their own data. Resumes and files are stored in secure, access-controlled storage buckets.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. You can review and update your profile information directly in the app, and permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account.
We use minimal session tokens to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to marketing companies.

SponsorLink منصة ربط وعرض معلومات فقط، تصل الباحثين عن عمل بأصحاب الأعمال. نحن لا نعمل كوكالة توظيف، ولا نتوسط في عملية التوظيف الفعلية، ولا نشارك في إجراءات نقل الكفالة. أي اتفاق توظيف أو نقل كفالة أو ترتيب آخر يتم بين باحث عن عمل وصاحب عمل يُبرم مباشرة بين الطرفين، خارج المنصة — ولا يتحمّل SponsorLink أي مسؤولية عن شروطه أو تنفيذه أو نتائجه.
نجمع المعلومات التي تقدمها مباشرة عند إنشاء وإكمال ملفك الشخصي، بما في ذلك: اسمك، صورتك الشخصية، رقم التواصل، الموقع/المدينة، والبيانات المتعلقة بالعمل (المهنة، مستوى الخبرة، المهارات، وبالنسبة لأصحاب العمل: معلومات الشركة). نجمع هذه المعلومات لتشغيل خدمة الربط بين الباحثين عن عمل وأصحاب الأعمال، ولتحسين جودة المطابقة بينهم. كما نجمع بيانات الاستخدام لتحسين خدماتنا.
نستخدم معلوماتك لتقديم خدماتنا وتحسينها، وربط الباحثين عن عمل بأصحاب العمل، وإرسال الإشعارات المهمة، وضمان أمان المنصة. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة.
قد تُخزَّن بياناتك وتُعالَج على خوادم تقع خارج المملكة العربية السعودية — تحديدًا في منطقة أوروبا الوسطى (فرانكفورت)، عبر مزود خدمة قاعدة البيانات الخاص بنا، Supabase. باستخدامك وتسجيلك في SponsorLink، فإنك توافق صراحةً على نقل ومعالجة بياناتك خارج المملكة. يطبّق مزود الخدمة معايير حماية بيانات معتمدة ومعترف بها عالميًا لحماية معلوماتك.
جميع البيانات مشفرة أثناء النقل باستخدام TLS وفي حالة السكون. نطبق أمان على مستوى الصف (RLS) على مستوى قاعدة البيانات لضمان وصول المستخدمين إلى بياناتهم فقط. تُخزن السير الذاتية والملفات في أدوات تخزين آمنة.
لديك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية وتصحيحها وحذفها في أي وقت. يمكنك مراجعة معلومات ملفك الشخصي وتحديثها مباشرة داخل التطبيق، وحذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك المرتبطة به نهائيًا في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← إجراءات الحساب ← حذف الحساب.
نستخدم رموز جلسة بسيطة لإبقائك مسجلاً للدخول. لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانات طرف ثالث ولا نبيع البيانات لشركات التسويق.
